The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked
visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer
service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the
years 2005 and 2010.
The given pie charts compare the statistical survey done in the context of customer service experience as rated by 100 visitors to the Parkway hotel for two different years 2005 and 2010.
Looking from the overall perspective, it is readily apparent that during the earlier period, the majority of the visitors were simply satisfied with the customer services, while most of the people voted under the good service section over time.
According to the given illustration, to begin with, those in support of a satisfactory remark accounted for 45% as compared to 17% in 2010. Moreover, whilst only 14% of the visitors voted the service as a good one in the past, nearly 2 in every 5 visitors termed it as good after 5 years period.
Also, whereas just 4% of the guests selected the service as very poor, the same was about 11% higher in 2005. Furthermore, of the total visitors, those who remarked the service as poor were nearly 9% less during the current year(21% down to 12%). Finally, the least proportion of only 5% of guests spoke in favor of excellency, in contrast, nearly 3 out of 10 visitors ranked for the excellent services in 2010.
