The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The two pie charts illustrate the proportion of five types of customer service rating provided by 100 visitors in Parkway hotel in 2005 and 2010.
Overall, the most significantly rated services were satisfactory, good and excellent, which together accounted for over half of the questionnaire. While a few people commented the customer service excellent in first year, it showed significant growth in final year which obviously had an inverse relationship with very poor and poor service. Al together, there was dramatic improvement of customer service trend noticed from the survey in the later year.
Customer service with satisfactory category comprised of 45% in the first year and this showed a big dip of 17% in 2010. Conversely, 14% people marked the service as good in 2005, which rose a little less of about 3% to 39% in last year. However, the drastic chance of rating observed in excellency, which climbed from 5% in 2005 to 28% in 2010.
With regards to the remaining two variety of questions (Very poor and poor), both of them showed decease in survey outcome in final year, which constitutes 11% and 9% less respectively from the year 2005.
