You have just moved into a new home and are planning to hold a party. You are worried that the noise may disturb your neighbour.
Write a letter to your neighbour. In your letter
introduce yourself
describe your plans for the party
invite your neighbour to come
Dear Mr Smith,
My name is Riddham Patel. I have recently been your neighbour by moving to your next door, 19 Hill Street. The purpose of this communication is to let you know about a house-warming ceremony this Sunday at 7 in the evening at my place.
I am also afraid that on the same evening, there may be some noise during the party since we will have several guests at that time. Though, I have cautiously planned to invite not more than a score of people. It is a small party that will include an authentic dinner prepared my beloved wife, Pallavi; also some local drinks and dance will be accompanied. In the end, we will have a campfire in the garden area for a while. The party may be on until 11'o clock. I will constantly make sure that the noise can be minimized at the possible level.
You are heartily invited with all of your family members, too. We would have a good chance to know each other.
My family looks forward to welcoming your family.
Yours Faithfully,
Riddham Patel
