Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? For the successful development of a country, it is more important for a government to spend money on the education of very young children (five to ten years old) than to spend money on universities. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Without any doubt, education is of paramount importance when it comes to a country's sustainable development. In this regard, there is a question as to whether or not authorities should prioritize the education of children aged five to ten over university students when allocating budget . Personally, I believe that governments should attach more importance to the education of these young children than to the instruction of university students for two reasons, which I will explore in the following paragraphs.
Firstly, some vital skills can be learned during childhood more easily than during adulthood. Those members of society who honed these skills when they were a child can spend their time mastering other crucial skills for the development of the country. For example, knowing two or more languages is necessary in our modern world, and it is a proven fact that young children can learn languages better than adults without any difficulty. As a result, a child who is learning a foreign language does not have to squander time on it later, whereas a university student who did not have the chance to learn this language in childhood has to spend countless hours mastering it instead of allocating this time to do research. Over time, this university student is weaker than their counterparts brought up in countries that give importance to language learning during childhood both in terms of knowledge in their field and in terms of foreign language capabilities. Consequently, this student cannot contribute to the development of their country considerably.
Secondly, while schools and kindergartens mostly depend on the governmental budget to afford their expenses, universities benefit from different people and organizations' generosity. Nowadays, universities receive a wealth of money from a variety of sources, including but not limited to their alumni, charities, and companies. Therefore, they do not have difficulty providing their students with the high-quality education and equipment they need in classes. Conversely, with the exception of private schools, public schools and kindergartens are deprived of such financial help. A limited amount of money leaves them with no choice but to reduce the quality of education. As a result, they cannot equip children with the cutting-edge skills they need in the future to foster the development of their country. Moreover, teaching very young children causes peculiar difficulties for teachers since they are playful, and their attention wanders quickly; hence, teachers should get special training that costs them a lot to know how to deal with these children. If the government ignores the importance of the education of these children when deciding about the budget, they will be taught with unqualified teachers and cannot accumulate knowledge and skills.
In conclusion, leaders of a country have to take the education of young children seriously by giving them priority when making a decision about annual spending because schools and kindergartens are dependent on this money but not universities. Moreover, by doing so, governments ensure that members of society get equipped early enough with the skills necessary for developing their country.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
