I am Anand, recently moved to your adjacent flat. I am making few arrangements in our home to celebrate my first wedding anniversary tomorrow, which i believe has created some disturbances for you. Please allow me to explain.
I have planned to throw a surprise party to my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary. With the help of my friends, decorations like balloons, colour papers, and few lightings are being made for the party. Also, as it is a newly occupied flat, there are many things messy here, which i am putting in order. I could understand that it would have created noisy disturbances for you. Please accept my sincere apologies.
As we are almost done, there will be no more tough time for you. I would also like you to join the party with your family without fail. The party starts at 6 PM tomorrow. Since it is a weekend, hope you will be free at that time.
Thanks for you understanding.
