You are organising a trip to Paris, France for a group of students from England.
Write to the manager of the Youth Hostel Association in Paris. In your letter, explain
when you want to visit Paris
how long you will stay
how many students are in your party, and what accommodation you will require
Dear sir or madam
My name is Charles Oxford from the King Leopold private school of Wessex. I am currently planning the annual trip for the senior class of our school. For the past five years, we had travelled to Italy and Spain. However, this year Paris has been chosen as the destination for our graduates.
The trip will take place the last week of November from the 10th to the 16th. We think it is a good time for our students to visit the city. Our class is 25 people from 16 to 18 years old. We will require about ten rooms. Every room must be shared by at least three students. Accordingly, the price will still be affordable and we will be able to go to Disneyland on the weekend.
Finally, I would like to know more about the group discount you could offer us if we end up making the reservation with you.
Hope to have your reply soon.
