Dear Sam,
I am writing to inform you that I cannot continue the part-time Computer Programming evening course which I’ve enrolled recently in London School of Management.
I’ve been attending the evening course for last two months, and course is very informative and extremely helpful to build the soft skills. However, I am unable to continue the course due to my conflicting work schedules.
I am currently working as a full-time Project Manager in Oracle Corporation. I was recently assigned to lead a new project for a prominent client from Asia. The project is expected to last for next 6 months. I expected to work extended hours during this period which is convenient to my client. As a result, I will have to attend the important client meetings and discussions between 2pm to 7pm. Therefore, I won’t be able to pursue the evening course anymore.
I am aware that you have online and classroom based Computer Programming courses. I was wondering if I can possibly switch to virtual learning, so that I can complete the course assignments in flexible hours. Request you to consider my proposal and advise further.
I look forward to your response.
Regards,
Shravan
