The diagram illustrates the outcome of a survey about how often people in 5 Australian cities purchased and drank coffee and tea. Overall, the trend of people hanging out for a coffee or tea stood at top in the last 4 years.
Looking at the information in more detail, in terms of fresh coffee. Sydney was the highest proportion among 5 cities, accounting for nearly 45%. Following by that, around two fifth people in Melbourne and Hobart purchased original coffee while the two remaining cities which were Brisbane and Adelaide were the lowest percentage at below 35%. In addition, instant coffee output's percent were fluctuated slightly among these five cities. The proportion of Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart were below a half while Brisbane accounted for just over 50%. Furthermore, Hobart's ratio was the highest on purchasing instant coffee.
What's more, Australian people has a tendency to go out for a coffee and tea over the 4-year period. Melbourne took the lead as regard the highest percentage on this trend. It is followed by Hobart which stood at 62%, while the number of Sydney was slightly less (just 2%). By contrast, figure for the remaining cities remained much lower, ranging from 50% to 55% each city.
