Hi Kamila,
I learnt that you are considering buying a house West Street, Mumbai. It is my concern and I would strongly recommend not buy any house in that area where I am living now. Despite the fact that the proximity to hospital, school , supermarket and commercial center from my house which are main decision driven factors when I was decided to purchase the house, there other issues have not been assessed properly. It was big mistake and I deeply regretting now because already existing crime are in rise. Last week my aunt was attacked by chain snappers and she is now being treated in the hospital for neck injuries.
Due to this reason, I already planning to leave this place and now considering buying a house in Northwest street Mumbai where my cousin already living. Although any commercial centers and cinemas are located far from the place, three are plenty of public transports to many part of the city and even Seatle metro station is in walk able distance. So I suggest you consider that place for buying a house. If you wish, you can join me tomorrow at 10.00 am nearby seatle metro station as I am already scheduled a few visits with the real estate broker for the rest of morning time.
