This is Shyam, working as a Senior Receptionist with our company "Ella Hotels". I am writing this letter to let you know the various concerns visitors have been reporting. As Covid-19 has impacted the way things work, our manual sanitisers are frowned upon by the visitors. Also, lack of room service is a pain point to the majority of the customers.
Reception facility is the heart of any company as it resembles the hospitality the company stands for. It also conveys our virtues on how valuable customers are to us. Moreover, it's the responsibility of the reception staff to ensure that customers are treated with warmth thereby making sure that their experience throughout their stay is pleasant.
I think it would be great if we can install an automatic sanitiser disposal equipment that promotes touchfree experience thus helping the visitors stay safe. In addition, room service can be improved by upgrading the inter connectivity technologies such as VPN network and SSO dialing options. This would definitely improve the ratings that we receive from the customers.
