Dear Sir,
My name is Lilian Okoye and I recently enrolled in the part-time evening MBA evening course at the Lagos Business School of Social sciences. I am writing this letter to request for a change in my enrollment to the distance MBA program because of my conflicting work schedule.
I work with Beloxxi consulting company and was recently assigned a new client that requires a change in my work timing to 5:00pm - 1:00am. In fact, I recently missed some evening classes because I had to work late and this project is expected to last for 9 months. Besides this, I will be travelling to South Africa afterwards, for some official assignments. Hence, I cannot continue to pursue this evening classes anymore.
Nonetheless, I am sure I would be able to complete the course and examinations at my own pace. Not to mention, both programs cost the same. Hence, I would be thankful if my request of changing the program is granted. If this is not possible, I would prefer to discontinue the course and claim for a refund of the tuition fees.
