The following diagram illustrates various stages of instant noodles production.
As can be clearly observed from the diagram, manufacturing instant noodles consists of different steps. First of all, flour is transported from storage silos to the manufacturing sites by trucks. The second step includes mixing both water and oil along with transported flour by means of a mixer. Next, while the mixed substance is pressured by Rollers, dough sheets are produced. At the fourth step, the dough sheets are transformed to dough strips.
At the fifth phase, noodles discs are manufactured. Then, these discs are cooked by hot oils, at the same time cooked oils dry. After that, as prepared noodles are packaged in cups, some vegetables and spices are added to the cups. The final step consists of labelling the noodles cups, while the cups doors are sealed.
It is clear from the diagram that the process of manufacturing instant noodles is took place on a moving belt, from its beginning to the end.
