Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in connection with the cabin bag I left in the flight. I travelled with United Airlines flight UA922, from New York to Paris, last Tuesday. My seat number was 21 F and boarding pass number was B100001.
I realized I am with one less bag, when I reached home. It is a red color bag from Samsonite with my name and address tag on it. I have been trying to contact airline customer service since then, but could not get in touch with correct department. I have some very important business documents, along with my credit cards in the bag. Moreover, the bag also contains my Macbook Air with charger. May I request you to search for the bag with the provided description? In case it is found, is it possible to send it to my mailing address? Please do inform me if it is not found, as I can block my credit cards and check my travel insurance company if I can get paid for the lost items.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours Faithfully,
Apurv
