A friend has agreed to stay in your apartment and look after it while you are away. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:
-give information about your flat
-provide any important instructions
-say what he/she should do if there are any problems
Dear Lindsay,
First of all, I would like to thank you to look after my apartment while I'm out of town. However, I just want to give you some information while you are guarding my home.
Since you never got a chance to visit my apartment, let me provide you the address of my home. I live in Derwala Nagar society which is in the north zone of our city. My house number is 33/A first floor, where A stands as a block number of my society. It will be a twenty-minute drive from your home to reach my place. Please take a national highway one route which will be easier and convenient to come to my place and you'll not face any traffic congestion problems.
Moreover, during my absence, please ensure to keep doors and windows lock before sleeping because you'll be safely secure while guarding my home. Apart from this, please do not forget to pick up newspapers and a bottle of milk every morning from the front door. Also, I have prepared a grilled cheese sandwich and a fruit punch for you to eat once you'll arrive at my home.
I've dropped the keys to my neighbor who is living on the ground floor. I've informed them that you'll be staying in my apartment in my absence to guard my home. Besides, if you'll face any problems such as reaching to my place, trouble while getting a key, using kitchen or any other equipment at my place, please give me a call on my mobile phone. I'll be happy to walk you through all the problems. After coming back, I'll take you out for a dinner at your favorite Chinese restaurant.
Looking forward to seeing you on my return.
Regards,
Shwatank
