Dear Sir,
I celebrated my grandmother's 90th birthday at your hotel on 5th April. It was a great success and it was all because of your wonderful hospitality services served at your hotel.
The event was on 5th April from 11 am to 3 pm. There were about 100 guests which I invited from my family relatives and friends. There were many elderly people at the party. Three of my elderly guests were on wheelchairs which were taken care of by your well-experienced staff members.
All your staff was very cooperative but I must specially thank Mr. Lakshay Sahni for the special care and attention he gave to all my guests. Every guest was looked after in his supervision during the time of the event. There was soft music in the background and a lot of appetizers and various kinds of drinks. All of the food was delicious from the starters to the main course lunch. The snacks reached every table and even the cake cutting was nicely arranged.
Thanking you and your staff members once again for your excellent services due to which my party was a memorable one.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
