Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing because I want to complaint about the microwave that I bought it from your shop. Also, the dissatisfaction against the type of customer service I received when I tried to talk to your one of the executive over the phone. Let me explain you in brief.
Me and my husband purchased Electrolux microwave of 3 liters on 17th of June 2021. To add to my excitement it was my husband’s birthday and I wanted to bake a cake for him as a surprise, however, the control panel on microwave was not taking the command. So, I thought to call your store and the situation was worsen by your assistant on 18th June who heard scenario to your assistant, and kept on long hold and after returning to call said nobody is available to assist and the line got disconnected twice. Moreover, the executive was really rude on his tone.
Therefore, I would like to replace the microwave with the other one and get it collected from my home at the address 24/2 street no 4 everest apartment. Above all, I would like to log a complaint against the executive who spoke to me in ill-mannered way and would want to give him feedback for the same. Besides, help me with the coupons on the basis of hassle I went through.
I hope you will pay kind attention to it.
Yours sincerely
Urvashi
