The given picture explains the process for making of chocolate.
Overall, there are 10 stages in process, beginning with destination where cacao trees grow up and ending with how production of liquid chocolate is made.
First of all the cacao trees are grown in three different country, including South Amaerica, Africa and Indonesia. When the pods of cacao are ripe and red, they are collected and broken in order to achieve of white cacoa beans, followed by fermentation of beans in wooden conteiner or special box. Next, the fermented beans are put under the sun to dry. After dried up beans gather to large sacks and loaded onto train or lorry for transportation to factory.
In the subsequent stage, they are heated into a furnace at a high temperature, 350C respectevely. Then the beans are blended in a special equipment and simultaneously distilled from shell. The last stage is production of liquid chocolate by pressing inner part of beans.
