Dear Mr. Harjit Singh,
I am writing to draw your attention to the noise in the block of flats.
I am a tenant at the residential building for the staff members working in Ideal Driving Institute. My apartment is on the first floor of the building and my room number is 102. I am living in this place for the past 4 years.
The apartment is fine. However, the only difficulty is the uproar created by the little ones while playing. You may aware that due to the Covid-19 situation schools are closed. Hence, they used to play in the block all day long until late at night. Sometimes, the noise is so intense that it becomes difficult to rest. I have raised the issue with their parents but there is no positive response from them.
It comes to my knowledge that the land in front of our building on the opposite side is also owned by you. From the time I came here, it is locked. I humbly request you to convert that area into a park or playground so that children's could play and enjoy themselves.
I look forward to listening from you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
