I am writing to ask you a favor regarding preparing a presentation for a conference.
You may aware that our office is holding a conference regarding new safety methods and rules while driving. Many renowned personalities would attend this including the manager of the UAQ traffic department. The conference is scheduled for 8th July 2021 i.e on Thursday. The timings will be from 10:00 am until 04:00 pm. There may be a half an hour break in between at 2 or 2:30 pm. We are planning to organize all the arrangements in the male lecture room as it is quite spacious.
While discussing with the manager, we both agreed that you are a perfect candidate for this presentation. You are the only employee with an IT background in this office. You may well aware of how to prepare a presentation. Moreover, you have also attended a recent lecture held in Sharjah (UAE) on road safety to know current rules and regulations. This will also help to boost up your confidence and polish your abilities.
To aid you to complete this presentation, I will give you 5 days of timing. I will provide you with a laptop and internet connection. Moreover, I will distribute your office job among other employees to reduce your burden. I would arrange a speaker and a projector on the day of the conference you. During the break, we will serve snacks and cold drinks to all.
