I am writing with deep regret to inform you that I would not be able to pursue this course at the moment. Last week, I received my selection letter from your prestigious institute, however, I am unable to enroll for this year's curriculum.
In the month of January, I had applied for Chartered Accountancy course and had furnished all the requisite documents for enrollment. Despite, my profound interest in this course, there was no news of my selection. Crestfallen, I had applied for various job opportunities and was fortunate enough to join an MNC last month. Because of a binding contract that I need to abide, I have to delay my studies for one year. Furthermore, this is once in a lifetime opportunity which will provide me with a great head start in my career.
Due to the above reasons, I will not be joining the accountancy course at this point in time. Nonetheless, once I have completed my contract with the company, I shall reapply for this course as soon as possible. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
