Overall, what stands out from the graph is that the investment had been grown from the beginning till the end, while in every year among the energies for cleaning the wind energy costs the most and smart-energy had the least.
To begin with the first four consecutive years, in this period most of the total money was used to clean the air and in 2009 and 2010 it went over 5 billion pounds, though, in 2011, the least amount of money was used on the wind sector. While a small portion was given to clean smart technologies but up to 2009, no money was invested in solar energy. In 2011 the UK authorities gave most of the money to clean others and solar power in total it approximately closed to 5 billion.
In the next four years, the total cost was increased gradually, while in 2012 and 2013 there was no change in the case of solar energy but increase in 2014 and went near to 5 billion. The investment in smart technology and others also upgraded but not significantly as wind. In 2015 almost 10 billion was used to clean wind energy.
