Overall, what stands out from the graph is that the highest amount of sodium, saturated fat are taken in dinner and added sugar in snacks, while all of these things are less consumed in breakfast.
To begin with the breakfast and lunch, 29% of sodium is taken on lunch, while in the breakfast the amount is half of that. In the morning meal the other two features are eaten in the same amount which is 16%, whereas in the lunch 7% difference between these nutrients.
Turning to the others, the highest amount of consumption of added sugar which is 42% in value, is taken with the snacks. But the percentage two items sodium and saturated sugar are 14 and 21 respectively. Then in the dinner, people consume 43% of sodium, in the case of saturated fat it is only 6 percent less than sodium. Almost equal to half of sodium, added sugar is eaten in dinner.
