Dear Shruti,
Hope everything is well at your end.I received your letter two days back. I am writing this to apologise for the trouble you are facing due to the repair work that is going on.
Actually,there is a leakage in the water tap,mainly in kitchen.I tried my best using various ways to stop the same but couldn't fix it.So,finally gave this work to professional contractor.Another important aspect is all above floor pipelines are interconnected.If the problem persists, there will be a trouble to the people staying around due to continuous leak.
Now, I know as a next door neighbour;it is disturbing you a lot. I have informed the contractor to come early in the morning when all your family members are at work or college.Also,I have requested to send more workers to finish the work in time.Thankfully,he agreed and has given an assurance of minimal noise while repairing .They will try to finish work maximum by 6:00 pm.
