This was followed by Russia with about 3 million and US had the lowest number of Vietnamese students with around 1,5 million. Over next 10 years, the figure for international students from Vietnam in France and Russia deceased significantly to around 1 million students, while there was a considerable rise in the Vietnamese students studying in America, about more than 1,5 million
