The graph shows the proportions of females in America who use Internet in 2000 and 2001. We can say from the chart that there was a decline in percentage of women using the Internet for the time being 2000-2001.
In 2000, The percentage of female children who use the Internet was at peak for 9 in 10 whereas there was a slight fall in the proportion of female teenagers. The similar difference found between 19-24-year-old and 25-3- year-old females approximately at four-fifts. The percentage of women age 55-65 and above 65 use the Internet at just over 2 in every 5 and one-fifths respectively.
In 2001, All most all female teenagers use the Internet and then the percentage of female users fell sharply at 80%. After that,the percenage of young women who use the Internet remained stable.
There was a sharp decline in the percentage of mature women who use the Internet.
Overall, It can be seen that there was a steady drop in the proportion of females uses the Internet from all population to just under one-third.
