The diagram depicts all steps, ingredients and equipment how to produce carbonated softed drinks.
This process involves 5 main stages begining which water cleaning and ending up with packaging as follow.
First things first, the raw water go through filter then with the supporting of some chemicals, water will be softer and ready for next steps.
Then, water is pushed by a pump to electric heaters. At this stages, it undergo coolling pipe which is heating evaporation and carbon dioxin is created as an extra outcome product.
Afterwards,it pass to a pipe and ready for the mixing step. In this stage, colouring, syrup and flavour are added in a huge mixing tank. Next, after the go through the last filter, it is filled in bottles and cans depend on the customer demand.
In the last stage, these solf drinks bottles and cans are packaged into box and then delivery to supermarket for selling.
