Overall, it is immediately apparent that the consumption of vegetables was the largest part of people's diet in all 3 years, whereas cheese was the smallest consumption, Additionally, the trends remained the same over the period.
As can be seen from the graph, the number of vegetable consumption recorded an exponential growth by 2140 grams in 1992 and 2022 grams in 2012. However, during the following years, meat consumption fluctuated slightly which rose gradually to 1211 in 2002 and then dropped sharply at 1132 over the next few years.
Turning to other remaining groups, it is noticeable that wheat, bean, and cheese were generally experienced an upward trend between 1992 and 2002 that reaching a peak of 977, 590, and 125 grams, respectively. Furthermore, after the consumption of cheese climbed sharply to 125 grams in 2002, it then stayed constant at 125 grams until the end of the period
