It is perceptible that this is a linear process with multiple steps which commences with crushing the malted barley and ends at packaging the finished product.
Initially, with the support of the milling machine, malted barley is crushed into tinier particles before being moved into a mashing stage when it is mixed with water. Thenceforth, it is lautered to retain the water, while the scum is spent to feed animals. Shortly afterwards, the liquid is boiled when sugar and hops are simultaneously added into. Subsequently, that mixture is moved to a whirlpool prior to being cooled, followed by the fermentation step in which yeast is employed and the CO2 is released through a hole in the bottom of the machine. Thereafter, it is matured before being filtered and packed to various sized containers as the last phase of the course of manufacturing beer.
