Overall, from the table it is evident that people from Perth paid for the highest water consumption with respect to the household, whereas Melbourne sold the least of all. However, the rest of the cities depicted a fair bill rate.
As per the table, it demonstrates that consumption is classified on the basis of two categories, for the first one can use a maximum of 125KL, and the second starts with a minimum of 125KL without limit. Perth and Adelaide saw the water consumption with a worth of $0.42 for up to 125KL, while the charges for over 124KL rose to $1.50 and $1.00 respectively. Similarly, Brisbane noticed the consumption level charge of $0.81 for first category, and it gradually increased to $0.84 for next category. In contrast, Sydney and Melbourne remained unaltered in both categories with $0.98 and $0.78 each.
Furthermore, according to the usage the average bills per household are calculated for these cities. Perth being the most popular amongst all, it accounted for $332, followed by Sydney with $319 and $312 for Adelaide.
