Most people think that helping other people in terms of fixing their finantial problems was better than today because, in the past, people were more respectful to others. However, personally, I believe that people are more willing to help other people in all respect of life better than ever before. I feel this way for two reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.
To begin with, thanks to advances in technology, we have made a great deal of progress in community advancement. As a result, we are approaching modern and progressive societies. These advancements help us increase our quality of life as well as life expectancy. Another result of these improvements is that we enhance our kindness and tend to share our possessions with others that need them. My personal experience is a compelling illustration of this. I am living in Tehran, where it is one of the modern cities in the world. In my cities, people have great prosperous lives, and most of them do not have any finantioal issues. So they have a good tendency to give the extra goods that they have in their houses to poor people of our town. Recent research has shown that being wealthy and giving money to poor people are closely related. As a result of this kindness, the average of the poverity in our city is very low than other cities in the world.
Furthermore, helping other people is one of the most important mental charactristics that every member of society seeks to achieve. In this case, the role of governments is very crucial. In fact, they must have plans to create and develop this property in their citizens. Although being kind is a property that everyone likes to have, governments should build and expand charities in entire of their countries to boost it. Therefore, they can simply support and manage it. For instance, assume a city where its governments have a plan to increase the charity houses that help the people who do not have any house, stay there, feed them, and give them primary health services. This city has tended its recidents to be part of this idea, and in the short-term, we can see their floorish.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that nowadays people have a better tendency to help others. This is because of improvements in technology and increasing the quality of life, and governments supporting to give their citizens this idea that they should help others. I would therefore recommend it to other people as well to be kind.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
