As we can see in the diagram it decipts how leather products are made for retail or human use. It has a total process from eight up to eleven steps. From an overall perspective look, it is apparent that the process starts from the first step which is drying and its a hand-made process, and it ends with the production of useful and consumer products.
first, the animal skin or leather is dried under the heat by hanging it on a rope. After that, It get transport to the factories using the trucks. Subsequently, the animal's skin gets cleaned by washing them in a tank full of water and lime substance. Afterwards, the animal skin gets smotthed by a flattened machine by having it under a big roller.
In the upcoming step, the flattened skins gets soaked in tannin tank, which includes water and vegetable matter. Furthermore, a small roller serves to color or polish the leather. At the end of this process the products gets transferred to another factory where leather and animal skin goods shuch as pants, bags and shoes are forged.
