The given diagram provides information about the reuse process of plastic bottles to produce recycled clothes.
It can be manifest from the manufacturing process that plastic bottles undergo a series of steps to transform into recycled clothing.
In the first step, recycled plastic waste are collected and delivered to the factories by specialized vehicles. Then those bottles passed through sorting stage before being transfer to cutting machine which cuts them into small pieces. The results of the previous step continue to be washed clearly and dried under the heat of sun in 10 hours. In the next stage, dried small pieces of bottles are boiled and strained to become yarns. After finishing the transformation, yarns experienced the weaving process to produce the color rolls. The finaled products of the manufacturing process turn as clothes made from recycled material.
To sum up, there are 13 steps to produce garment products from used plastic bottles.
