The chart below indicates the total volume and quality of water distributed to two geographical regions of the globe Australia and South East Asia between 1990 and 2010.
Overall, It can be seen that quantity, as well as standard of water, is more and better in Australia than South East Asia.
Firstly, considering the year 1990, It is clear that in terms of both the latter criteria Australia is ahead of South East Asia. The amount of water delivered was 80%, at the same time, It was 39% in South East Asia. Whereas, In 2010, water supply was almost 100% in latter state; further, It was nearly 86% in South East Asia.
On the other hand, In the year 1990, the degree of cleanliness in the kangaroo capital was 65% and 40% in Asia. Moreover, the same rise to more than 80% in Australia. But, looking at the graph it can be understood that clean water was still the major issue in South East Asia with numbers going down to below 40%.
