Dear Sakshi,
Hope you are doing well by the grace of Almighty. I still remember the lovely time that I had spend with you in Maldives last year, and how we become friends. I know its been a year, and we haven't seen each other due to our busy work schedule.
Surprisingly, I receive a letter from you, and I felt happy and pleased to hear that you'll be coming to my hometown for a business tour. I understand that we both were missing each other since our last meetup in Maldives. Luckily, we get another opportunity to see each other in the next few months as stated in your yesterday's letter.
As you are coming to my hometown for work, you are invited to stay at my house during you entire business trip. Please do not feel shy and uncomfortable with my warm welcoming to stay at my home. Besides, you are working ABC company building, which is nearest to my society and it will take ten minutes of walk to reach to the office. Not only you'll be saving your expenses but also we both will get a chance to spend a quality time together.
Moreover, I will plan some of the special evening and weekends to go out for dinning and to see some of the beautiful destinations in my city such as palaces and museums. I'm hoping that you'll be glad to accept my warm welcome to my house during your business trip to my hometown.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Regards,
Shwatank
