The plans show how a coastal land has developed into a coastal park

Essay topics:

The plans show how a coastal land has developed into a coastal park.

The maps illustrate some changes to a coastal land into a coastal park.

Overall, there will be several transformations made to the coastal land after development compared to before development. Numerous addition of different green factors and entertainment facilities, as well as the removal of the existing farming builldings, animals and unused land.

As can be seen from the maps, before development, there were unused land and animals shelters on the West side, whereas the East side of the coastal land was agricultural land. Between these constructions were farm buildings. This area is opposite the cliffs leading directly to the beach and sea.

Turning to the other features, after development, the unused land and the animal inhabited area on the West side will be demolished and replaced by the lake. A new car park will be constructed on the original site of the farm buildings. Further developments were the construction of a small coffee behind a new car park, while, trees will be planted along the path to provide more shade and quality air. The agricultural land on the East side will also be refurbished into the woods, connected with a small coffee shop and a new car park via a footpath. At the bottom of the map, steps will be added to the cliffs to allow more visitors to the beach.
