Given are the charts depicting the percentage of services arriving on time, particularly actual and target, and the number of the disturb or bother of passengers in a bus company in the period from 1999 to 2003.
Looking at the two charts, it is immediately obvious that the proportion actual of the bus arriving on time was always low than the target, except in 2003. Furthermore, the times of complaints were more likely to increase year by year.
According to the percentage of services arriving on time charts, although the target was equal in 1999 and 2000, the actual ratio was not expected and reached 85% in 1999 and dropped rapidly to 82% in 2000. Compared to former years, the target was equal once again in 2001 and 2002 about 85% and the fact was nearly in 2001 and lower 1% in 2002. The year difference is 2003 had the percentage actual higher than the target that approximately 1%.
Further and even more importantly, the number of complaints was steady growth year by year and reached the highest point in 2003 with 120.
