The picture elucidates how the process of recycling used glass bottles through three consecutive stages.
In general, the glass bottles are stored in the collection point before being transported to the factory to undergo the processes of becoming new ones.
Initially, the used glass bottles are compiled at the collection points and fetched using a vehicle to the factory. Before being put into the factory, the bottles are cleaned with high-pressure water and then classified based on their colour, whether they are clear, green, or brown. Then the bottles undertake a process in the factory to turn the glass into pieces.
Afterwards, the piece of glass is heated in a burning furnace consisting of more than 600 degrees Celcius. After being liquidised, it is then shaped using a glass mould along with the new glass liquid to become the new glass bottle. Finally, after forming a solid shape of the new glass bottle, it is ready to distribute widely through supermarkets.
