From 2003 to 2006, there was a gradual increase to 352,00 cars in Argentina whereas Australia experienced a slight decrease to 341,000 cars. The figure for cars manufactured in Thailand also reached a peak at 341,000.
By 2009, the number of cars produced in Argentina was 466,00, which was nearly double the corresponding data in Australia ( 245,000). In addition, the figure for automobile production in Thailand ended the period in 1st place with approximately 1,000,000 cars, despite a minimal drop by the end.
