The picture below describes how to produce smoked fish.
Overall, the process comprises a number of steps, beginning with the preparation for fish and ending with the final products being transported to consumers.
At the beginning of the process, the fish are washed and cleared with a knife to ensure that they are qualified for production. After that, the fish are soaked in the container of salt water for 30 minutes before being burned with the soaked finished products for about 5 minutes. Then, the fish are moved to prepare for the next stages.
The process continues with the placing of fish into the vast area of smoking and using the wood to cover for smoke cannot escape. After 30 minutes, fish is added to the yellow colouring to create a color effect. Once they are finished dying, the fish smoked are packaged, after being delivered to the retailers and wholesalers for sale.
