The diagrams below show changes in Felixstone in the UK between 1967 and 2001.(SAMPLE DOL)
The diagrams give information on the transformations which occurred in the British city of Felixstone between 1967 to 2001.
In general, it can be seen that the area has had many new facilities added, while others were removed.
Looking closely at the graph, there were a few major modifications. Firstly, farmland in the northeast of the city has been transformed into a residential area, complete with a hotel, swimming pool as well as two tennis courts. Meanwhile, the fish market on the other side of the road has also been replaced by a
private beach. Houses previously reserved for shops on the right of the high street have also now been replaced by apartments. In the southwest of the city, there have been four wind turbines installed, just below the dunes and right in front of the sea.
Next to the dunes, a new parking lot has been retrofitted to accompany the hotel that had already been built in 1967 - this, along with the adjacent coffeeshop,
remained unchanged. The Marina Pier that sat opposite the coffee shop in the same year had also been removed, with a public beach in its place. Lastly, the large golf course in the northwest of the city had not been altered.
