Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the meal I had at your restaurant last week, which was one of the most terrible experiences I had ever faced. My family and I visited there to celebrate my sisters' birthday and unfortunately we experienced a couple of problems related to long waiting time and unsatisfactory food.
First off, we booked our table two days in advance, yet we had to wait for an hour before we could be seated. Secondly, the food service was extremely slow, and the assistant manager took our orders incorrectly. Worse still, the food served to us was not hot enough and the gravy was too watery. This was supposed to be a surprise party for my sibling and I wanted to treat her with the best delicacies. However, it ended up as a disaster.
The experience was entirely unacceptable, and I would like to request a refund of the amount that I paid. In addition to that, I would also suggest that you train your staff to handle customers in a correct way. I hope you will take necessary actions to maintain your reputation and food quality.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Rakesh Sharma.
