Write a paragraph of about 150 words to answer the following question.
What skills do students need to learn to prepare for their future careers?
To be well-prepared for their future careers, students need to be equipped with a number of important skills. Firstly, it is advisable for them to master technology skills such as word processing and emailing. This is because almost all jobs on the market involve working with a computer, so being computer literate can help students to boost their work productivity. Secondly, students need to acquire time management skills as well. The reason for this is that knowing how to prioritize tasks, set realistic deadlines and allocate time efficiently, students can handle their assignments effectively, avoid being stressed out by heavy workloads and maintain a work-life balance. Last but not least, they should develop their communication skills. This can not only help them to articulate clearly in group meetings and presentations, but also build a good rapport with their boss and colleagues, thus promoting a pleasant working environment. In conclusion, it is essential for students to acquire computer, time management and communication skills before embarking on their careers to enter their future jobs confidently and successfully.
