The flowchart given represents the whole process that is involved in making of instant ramen
noodles. The whole procedure is a series of eight steps which begins from storage of flour and ends
with labelling and sealing of ramen packets.
The manufacturing starts with storage of flour in large silos. This stored flour is then grinded in a
mixer. Required amount of water and oil is added in order to make a firm dough. The dough is then
rolled out into thin sheets with the help of rollers. Rollers are also used to pass on these sheets to
compartments where the rolled dough is cut into thin strips.
The strips which are cut are converted into discs. These noodle discs are then friend in an oil vessel
and passed on for drying. Fried discs are then transferred in cups and forwarded for addition of
vegetables and spices. Labels are attached on these cups which are finally sealed with a tight lid.
