Good morning
I hope you are doing good. I recently got your email regarding the complain of noise from my apartment and i am really sorry for the inconvenience you have last night.
with regards to the noise- my sister had just passed the toughest exam of nursing- NCLEX and noise was created by the surprise party we gave to her. As you know, how importan are family member in our lives and my sister is very closed with me who always stay with me even she is 25 years old. I were so happy in her progess that, i invite all her friends and family to celebtrate her party.
We closed all the door and windows thinking that sound will not distrub other resident in the apartment. unfortunetly, i got the c0mpalint email and i am really sorry that you had to suffer from our noise. Also, i want to make sure that, further i will be carefull while doing such parties and nobody will suffer from any noise latenight.
Again, extremely sorry for this time.
