The 7-step cycle starts with clay being collected by a groove and ends with packed bricks that will be delivered to clients. This is achieved by multiple processing operations that converts clay soil into usable bricks.
The process starts with clay soil being picked by digger, after that the clay will be netted by a special net to use only designated part of it, the step after this involves adding sand and water to the usable molecules of clay to be processed placing it into a special templates and then cut it into pieces or another template to produce two different types of bricks.
In forth step, the bricks will be add into a particular oven for 1 to 2 days to be dried, next stage include placed the resulted items into moderate and high temperature kiln, before cooling the bricks using a specific rooms for 2 to 3 days, the step after that is assemble those bricks to make packaged that will be shipped to the customers at final stage.
