The charts below show the results of a survey about what people of different age groups say makes them most happy.
The pie charts elucidate the different contributing factors to make people happy between two age groups, those who are under 30 and over 30.
Overall, all age groups have chosen the most happiness factors are the achievement at work and doing hobbies. It is interesting to note that, under 30 years old people believe the physical appearances and travelling are leading to their happiness whereas the financial security and family are the important factors to be happiness for over 30 years old people.
The predominant factors for all aged groups for being happy are the achievement at work and doing hobbies and which percentages would be over 30% for both age groups for the prior factor, while 22% (under 30) and 24% (over 30) for the later factors. About 31% of people with under 30 years old believe the achievement at work would bring the happiness, whereas 1% higher for people over 30 years old.
About a fifth of people under 30 years old chose the physical appearances are one of the contributing factors to make them happy, while 15% of those people believe travelling is the one making them happy. A quarter of people with over 30 years old have chosen the financial security make them happy and 14% of them chose as the family is the factors for the happiness.
