The table shows source of student income over a five-year period in the United States.
The table represents the information about the four main sources of income to support student’s expenses from 2010 to 2015 in the United States.
Overall, the sum of student’s income increased over period from $9153 in 2010 and by 2015, it recorded at $11563. Meanwhile, the grant was the main form of student’s income in 2010, which changed by 2015 where majority of students, earned an income either from bank loan or earnings.
Looking in details, 52 students support themselves from grants in 2010 which decreased systematically to 16 students by 2015. Meanwhile, 16 students supported themselves from bank loan and earnings in 2011 which increased substantially to 30 students supported from earnings whereas 29 students supported by bank loans.
In contrast, parent contribution was the second highest form of students’ income in 2010 as 32 students was supported from their parents. This number has reduced steadily to record at 25 students by 2015.
