Overall, limestone and clay are the main foundations for the cements productions. This can be created by passing through four stages before being bagged ready for use and which final product of cements then also is used for the concrete productions by pouring 15% of cements with other four materials.
Looking in details, the cement production can be divided into four processes. To begin with, limestone and clay are crushing into a crusher to form a powder and this mixture then passed onto the rotating heating cylinder by passing the mixing processes. Then this will be placed onto the grinder after heated at the cylinder and ready to be bagged as cement.
In terms of concrete production, it requires the combination of four materials to be poured into a concrete mixer and those materials are; 15% cement, 10% water, 25% sand and 50% gravels.
