You have bought a mobile phone in a tax-free shop just a few days ago, and it doesn't work properly. Task: write a letter to the manager to complain about it and ask him to solve the problem.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with new mobile phone that I purchased in your store a few days ago on August 21. After the first discharging time, problems started to appear.
First malfunction is the charge plug it does not work at all I think its wire is broken. Second malfunction that I see is its camera does not work correctly. It just record for one minute, after that the mobile is hanged and I had to turn it off. And also quality of its picture is very poor. The worst malfunction is I cannot use internet. Wi-Fi seems stop working and I do not have any idea how to restarting it.
You can imagine how unhappy I was to discover my new mobile phone does not work at all. I contact your store immediately in order to return the mobile and spoke to supervisor. He said to me if I want to replace this one with the new one, I should pay 100$ extra even if it has guaranty.
I am very disappointed with both your equipment and service. Therefore I expect a full refund of 180$ that I pay for the mobile phone.
Yours faithfully,
Ms. Mino
