 It is argued that getting married before finishing school or getting a job is not a good choice. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Education is the necessary evil. It is always debated how important school is in one’s life. However, it is agreed upon that one should finish schooling before getting married or looking for a job. This essay will discuss how school helps us in developing qualities like responsibility, behavioral skill and teamwork.

Firstly, school education provides us the stepping stone for being responsible. For example, in school, a class monitor is responsible for the actions and behavior of class students. In the same way, a school President is responsible for the entire school. This clearly implies, how school is an important medium to inculcate responsibility in students. Getting married means one would be responsible for one’s better half. Hence, it can be concluded that finishing school is an utmost requirement before taking such decision.

Secondly, school teaches us behavioral skill and teamwork in one way or the other. For example, delivering a summer project or winning a football tournament, all lead to development of teamwork skill. In sports team or a project team, one need to respect the decision of the leader along with contributing to the success of team, thus inculcating behavioral skill. This shows how school develops teamwork and behavioral skill. Taking up a job would definitely require such skills and finishing school would help one achieve these skill sets.

In conclusion, responsibility, behavioral skill and teamwork are the accumulation of school teaching. Thus, one will always be benefited by finishing school before taking such life changing decision of marriage or job opportunities. It is recommended that parents should motivate their children to finish school and then look forward to other opportunities.
